Yes — it’s a single flat rate built for 2–4 day annual conferences, so you can budget without day-by-day pricing surprises. If your event includes after-hours coverage or multiple breakout rooms that need full-length recording, those can be added on.
Yes — we capture breakout sessions for b-roll by default (great for daily drops + recap storytelling). If you want full-length recording of breakout sessions, that’s available as an add-on depending on how many rooms run at once.
We run a repeatable workflow with dedicated editor coverage during the event (remote or on-site). That’s what allows us to deliver next-morning content drops while momentum is still high.
