The International Baccalaureate (IB) Global Conference is one of the largest and most influential education conferences in the world, bringing together thousands of educators, administrators, and global program leaders. Each year, IB rotates its flagship U.S. conference to a different major city and needs a production partner capable of delivering consistent coverage across varying venues, agendas, and schedules.
After working with Corporate Roadshow Media for their Washington D.C. conference, IB selected us as their ongoing U.S. production partner — handling not only their national conferences, but also regional summits and additional learning events. With thousands of attendees, simultaneous sessions, and strict overnight delivery deadlines, the IB Global Conference required a team that could maintain efficiency, clarity, and quality across a

The Challenge
